From The Office of the President

Brother Bryce A. Gaylor

On behalf of the Brothers of the Kappa Epsilon Lambda Chapter (KEL), I welcome you to the website of the 528th House of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Chartered on September 10, 1972, in Prince George’s County, Maryland, KEL proudly serves as the alumni advisor chapter to the Brothers of the Eta Zeta (HZ) Chapter of the Fraternity, seated at Bowie State University (Bowie, MD).

As we enter the Fraternal Year 2023-2024, it is with tremendous graciousness and humility that I address you as KEL’s 26th Chapter President, and I sincerely thank the Brothers of KEL for bestowing upon me this tremendous honor and opportunity to serve, and for the confidence they have reposed in me to serve our beloved Fraternity and Chapter in this capacity.

As you browse through our website, the Brothers of KEL hope that you will see our chapter as a reflection of our Fraternity’s motto, “First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All,” and fully understand why KEL is one of the great pillars of our beloved fraternity!
